Blackfriars Hall's Las Casas Institute has teamed up with CAFOD to bring you the sixth form event of the year: Leading For A Change is open to year 12 across the country and is a day conference with a cutting edge.

Opening with a welcome from Bishop William Kenney followed by well known speakers, inspiring young people and dynamic change makers at the start of their careers Leading For A Change is an opportunity for students to catch an insight into Oxford life, share an experience of one its distinguished Halls and Colleges, and gain new leadership skills and strategies, along with insights into spirituality and social teaching. The date is Friday 19th March 2010 in Oxford and the event forms part of Blackfriars' wider "Renewing The Social Conscience" festival. Watch this website as news develops.

In order to make the experience the most beneficial experience as possible the conference will begin by accepting small groups of 10-12 year 12s accompanied by an adult.
