SUMMARY:Church Open for Private Prayer
DESCRIPTION:Procedures to follow\nThere are a number of procedures which have to be followed in order to keep everyone safe. Obviously this will involve observing the protocols on proper social distance\, but will also involve some restrictions which are specific to the context of the church. Please note the following: \n\nUse the hand sanitiser provided as you enter and leave the church;\nFollow the one way system;\nPlease wear a face mask;\nDo not touch any statues or altars;\n\nWe are beginning to plan for the resumption of the public celebration of Holy Mass\, but there can be no communal or group prayers in the church at the moment. Please note that we cannot hear confessions. Confessions are being heard at the Oratory between 5 and 5.30pm Monday-Saturday. \nIf you are displaying any cold or flu symptoms\, please do not enter the church building. We would also advise those most vulnerable to refrain from visiting the church. \nThere are no toilet facilities available. \nSpiritual resources for visiting the Blessed SAcrament\nA range of resources are available online for visits to the Blessed Sacrament. The Catholic Truth Society have a number of books on sale that you might find useful\, including this companion to Eucharistic Adoration which contains prayers\, readings\, and devotional images.
