We are deeply saddened to hear that Professor Roger Scruton has passed away. He was a fellow of Blackfriars Hall and has been a great supporter and friend of Blackfriars for many years.
Our students benefited from his inspiring teaching and his many contributions to colloquia and seminars over the years.
He will be deeply missed and our thoughts are with his family and friends.
