Dominican Pilgrimage to Walsingham

Sunday 8th May 2016

Join the English Dominicans for their annual pilgrimage to Walsingham. We meet outside Blackfriars at 7.15am from where we will journey by coach to Walsingham. There will be Mass on arrival, follwed by a packed lunch (NB not provided). There will then be a procession with the statue of Our Lady of Walsingham to the Catholic parish church in Walsingham. There will be time to walk around the town and to visit shops or stop for a drink. The day finishes with Vespers (Evening Prayer) and Benediction. We expect to arrive back in Oxford between 21.00 and 21.30.

Cost: £20 / £12 concession
