With the start of Trinity Term, not only was our Liturgy online, but the Hall and Studium had to move to online teaching. As with so many others around the world, this has been something of a headache, getting used to online teaching and online learning. But the silver lining to this cloud has been some creative ways of providing learning resources to make lockdown life more interesting.

Over the weekend of the 26-29 June, the Dominican Youth Movement and the Aquinas Institute ran an online version of the annual Aquians Week, normally held in July at Buckfast Abbey. The lectures can be found on the Aquinas Institute Youtube channel, and on Soundcloud.
Theology in a Time of Trial
Fr Simon Gaine, OP has produced two videos for the Thomistic Institute at the Angelicum in Rome on Beatitude as part of their Theology in a Time of Trial series.
The Aquinas Institute has produced a series of podcasts featuring introductions to theology and philosophy during the pandemic.
Not Just Theologians
The student brothers have begun a series of conversations between student brothers and senior members of the community on their hobbies and interests.
