Human Nature and Dignity

In collaboration with the Las Casas Institute, the Aquinas Institute has been developing a research project under the broad title “Human Nature and Dignity: Resources for the 21st Century”, to address the question “Does the conviction that each human being is a single being, possessing a well-defined human nature and therefore distinctive forms of transcendence, dignity, and responsibility, remain intellectually respectable in the light of the contemporary sciences?” Strands of research are going ahead as funding and personnel allow, and we aim to build up our research over the coming years.
